Speaking Engagements

Louis delivered the keynote address for the National Year of Reading, on September 10, 2008, in London, England, at the Royal Festival Hall.

Louis has spoken at Columbia University, and lectured at Harvard University in 2008. 

Louis has spoken in states across the U.S. from New York and New Jersey to Missouri and California.

Professor Deena Aranoff of the University of California at Berkeley moderated a conversation between Louis and Rabbi author Danya Ruttenberg at the JCC of San Francisco in Nov. 2008

Louis has spoken inside Hull Prison, Reading Prison (where Oscar Wilde was once housed), HMP Wandsworth, HMP Kennet and HMP Wormwood Scrubs in the UK. 

In December 2008, Louis visited Manchester and Rochdale, England, as a guest and keynote speaker for the Rochdale Literary Conference.

While there, Louis also spoke to Middleton Youths from the Prince's Trust Team Programs.
